Mitigating Factors of Risk in society

A lot of people tend to be on the cautious side trying to be safe for fear something negative might happen. That is the way most family condition their own. Especially in different races; from my personal experience white people tend to be more adventurous, more incline to take risks not caring about the consequences. For example they not afraid to jump out of airplanes, literally go face to face with wild animals or challenge Mother Nature via climbing the rocky mountains or being in weather conditions where the weather is thirty degrees below zero degrees Celsius. Why do they do it? Biologically, I cant explain it. Is it bravery or stupidity? That answer depends on different people view points of different people. African Americans and the minority races tend to be risk averse. The mitigating factors surround their decision is that some of them finding the risk to be of stupidity and citing the negative consequences of what could happen if they become engaged in the said risk They figure if they play it safe and be 100 risk averse then nothing would happen. I cant explain why they is what they is but it vary from person to person. My personal assessment of this is matter is: Playing it safe and not taking risks makes people complacent. Being in the same comfort zone for a long duration of time is not healthy. Do not be afraid to take risks, you never know what might transpire. Something good might happen or you might hit  a roadblock. Hell, if i think something is going to benefit than i will not hesitate to take a risk. Thats it for now. Stay tune till the next blog.

God Bless
